1. Product Nature

Our products (Buffalo Ghee & Cow Ghee) are food items. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • You received a wrong product
  • The packaging is leaking or severely damaged

3. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Replacement

If available, we may provide a replacement instead of refund.
